Our group training provides individual coaching in a group setting. Every class includes a warm up, specific instruction as needed, and a workout. We have several different groups to accommodate our client’s diverse needs. Group training offers a ton of variety in your training and motivation that simply is hard to achieve without the support and camaraderie of a group. Each class is different from the one before and every class is structured so that no matter your fitness level you can participate.
