Ages 12-17. Tuesdays and Thursdays 4:00pm-5:00pm. Teens learn the fundamentals of good nutrition with the five food groups and the food pyramid. Children learn to do the proper stretching and cardio conditioning. They learn the proper way to strengthen their muscles through exercising. Children learn how to have a healthy and fit lifestyle! We make staying fit fun!
